How many attractions can I visit with the Essentials Pass?

The number of attractions depends on the pass and destination. Essentials Passes typically let you choose 1 featured attraction plus a set number of additional attractions from an eligible selection, giving you the freedom to explore your favorites while saving on admission.

How do I use the Pass?

Simply present your pass at the chosen attraction for entry. Passes can be shown via the Go City app or a printed copy.

When does my Pass expire?

Your pass is valid for 30 days from the first activation (the first attraction visit). You have one year from the date of purchase to activate your pass.

Do I need to reserve my spot at attractions in advance?

Some attractions may require advance reservations. It's best to check the Go City website or app for specific attraction details.

How do I get my Go City Pass?

After purchase, you'll receive your pass via email. You can either download it to the Go City app or print it out.

What happens if I lose my pass?

If you lose your pass, contact Go City's customer support for assistance. It's best to save your pass in the Go City app for easy access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds or rescheduling. Go City passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and 30 days from the date of redemption.
