Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All ages are welcome
• Experience level: Recommended for skiers and riders with a reasonable level of physical fitness and comfort on terrain appropriate to their ability level

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children can be added to a family account and hold their own pass; guests 13 and older set up their own individual login, while younger children are managed under a parent or guardian's account
• Languages: The pass account portal is available in English and French

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Valid for the current winter ski season. A limited number of blackout dates apply
• What's included: Unlimited access at select premier resorts, plus a set number of days at dozens of additional partner mountains across North America, Japan, and Australia
• Who will be present: Redemption is fully self-service online; at most resorts, lift access is direct-to-lift with no staff interaction needed once the pass is set up
• Photo/video: Photos and video are welcome; flash photography is not permitted
• Specific rules to follow: The pass is non-transferable; only the registered pass holder may use it

How to prepare?

• Arrival: First-time use requires a stop at a resort's guest services or ticket window with valid photo ID to pick up the physical pass; most destinations allow direct-to-lift access on return visits
• What to bring:
  • A valid photo ID and the physical pass for scanning at the lift
  • It's recommended to keep the pass in its own pocket, separate from other cards or a phone, to avoid scanning interference

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Recipients set up their own pass account, upload a compliant photo, and sign a liability waiver before the pass can be issued

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling is allowed once the experience is booked.
