Get ready for a rock climbing adventure with a twist! The 24-foot Nicros A.R.T. Rock Climbing Wall offers a premium climbing experience that's as close to the real thing as it gets. With routes suitable for beginners, intermediates, and experts, everyone can scale new heights. But the real magic happens as you ascend, taking in a breathtaking bird's eye view of the lush tropical oasis below. This is rock climbing, reimagined, and it's right here waiting for you!

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 3+ years old
• Weight: Cannot exceed 300 pounds
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women.
• Physical limitations: Not recommended for anyone with heart concerns or previous back or neck injuries. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns. 
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children must be at least 3 years old to participate. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 15 minute session
• What’s included: A brief training class and help from a certified instructor while climbing on the wall.
• Who will be present: Your certified instructor and the members in your group.
• Spectators: You may bring friends and family to watch. 
• Photo/ video: Friends or family members can take photos and video of you while you are climbing the wall. 
• Specific rules to follow: You must sign a waiver at the time of check in. If under 18 years old a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of the minor. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. No outside food is allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
• Parking: Ample free parking is available onsite. 
• What to wear: Comfortable exercise clothing and sneakers.
• What to bring: An ID for check-in and a water bottle.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
