SurfStream, the world's first standing wave machine, offers up to seven different wave types, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Your day at the surf center begins with a certified instructor leading a brief training class, where you'll learn the fundamentals of surfing. From paddling to balance, you'll get the hang of it in no time. Then, it's time to hit the waves.

During your session, up to two surfers can ride the wave simultaneously, making it a perfect experience to share with friends or family. You'll take turns on the wave, sharing the stoke and challenging each other to conquer the endless wave.

The best part? All the gear you need is provided. From real surfboards with fins to the cushion of water that creates a seemingly infinite wave, you'll have everything at your disposal.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 5+ years old
• Weight: Cannot exceed 275 pounds
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women.
• Physical limitations: Not recommended for anyone with heart concerns or previous back or neck injuries. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns. 
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children must be at least 5 years old and potty trained to participate. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 15 minute session
• What’s included: All equipment, a brief training class, and help from a certified instructor while surfing the wave. 
• Who will be present: This is a group session with up to 6 participants, however there can only be 2 surfers on the wave at a time. 
• Spectators: You may bring friends and family to watch. They can enjoy a beverage or bite to eat at the Oasis Cafe which is alongside the surfing area. 
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are not allowed of the surf sessions.
• Specific rules to follow: You must sign a waiver at the time of check in. If under 18 years old a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of the minor. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. No outside food is allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: You must arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
• Parking: Ample free parking is available onsite. 
• What to wear: A one piece bathing suit or board shorts and rash guard shirt are recommended. Flowing water can dislodge and remove loose garments. If you only have a bikini, rash guard shirts are available to rent or purchase to wear over your bikini top. Bikini bathing suits are not recommended. No jewelry can be worn on the wave.
• What to bring: An ID for check-in, a towel, and a change of clothes.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms, lockers, and changing rooms are available onsite as well as a public shower to rinse off after your experience.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
