It's important to handle the kayaks with care both on and off the water, and get ready to capture memories that will last a lifetime in this spectacular rainforest setting.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 4 hours
• What’s included: Kayak rental, pads and straps for transport.
• Who will be present: You will have a team assisting with equipment at the start; afterwards, participants will handle their kayaks independently.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
• Specific rules to follow: Please handle the kayaks with care, do not drag the kayaks on the asphalt, and do not sit or stand on the kayaks while on land.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running as it is located in a rainforest area.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at or a little before your reservation time.
• Parking: Park in the State Park parking lot: Ahupuaʻa ʻO Kahana State Park.
• What to wear: Swim suit and sunscreen.
• What to bring:
  • Recommendations: water bottle, snacks (if desired).
  • What’s allowed: personal belongings in waterproof containers.
  • What’s not allowed: Avoid bringing unnecessary valuables as space is limited.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
