• Age: All ages are welcome! Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Must be 21+ with a valid ID to enjoy alcoholic beverages.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children 3 and under sail free and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board.
• Individuals with disabilities: The Lazy Lady can accommodate standard, non-motorized wheelchairs.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather-dependent. If conditions prevent sailing, your provider will contact you about rescheduling or cancellation.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow for check-in and boarding.
• Parking: No parking at the departure point. Paid parking is available at:
  • The city lot at Margaret & Caroline Street (pay stations in the center).
  • Metered spots on Caroline or Elizabeth Streets.
• What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Light layers and sunglasses are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, and a love for adventure.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID for alcohol consumption.
  • Gratuity for the crew (recommended: $10 per person).
• Restrooms/Storage: The Lazy Lady has onboard restrooms for guest convenience.
  • No storage lockers—guests may bring a small bag or backpack.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
