While we can't guarantee dolphin sightings every day, we have an exceptional success rate thanks to Key West's non-migratory dolphin population. These playful creatures call these waters home year-round, and our experienced captains know just where to find them. So, keep your camera ready and your eyes peeled for these delightful marine companions.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All ages are welcome. Ages 3 years and under are free. All infants must sit on the laps of a parent or guardian. 
• Pets: Sorry, all pets must stay home!
• Individuals with disabilities: The catamaran can accommodate a standard, non-motorized wheelchair.
• Dietary restrictions: If you are a vegetarian, please let your experience provider know in advance of the sail. If you are lactose intolerant, have a gluten, nut or any other food allergy, unfortunately they cannot accommodate, but recommend bringing your own food.

• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone onboard must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take photos of your experience!
• Specific rules to follow: Must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather your guide will contact you regarding a cancellation. If you have any questions regarding weather, please call your experience provider directly. 
• Arrival: Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your start time to board the boat. If driving from Miami, please allow yourself a minimum of 5 hours. Please keep in mind there is one road in and out.
• Parking: There is no parking at the meeting location but you may unload passengers in front of the office and proceed to the lot on Greene Street. The most convenient city parking lot is at Margaret and Caroline Street with pay machines located in the center of the lot. Also, there are parking spots on Caroline or Elizabeth Streets with pay machines.
• What to wear: It is easiest to wear your swimsuit to the tour. There aren’t any changing facilities at the office. However If you do need to change after boarding, there is a very small changing area in the head of the boat.
• What to bring:
  • Hat, sunglasses, camera, and love of adventure.
  • Valid, government issued photo ID. Consumption of alcoholic beverages requires that we verify your age.
  • Gratuity for the crew is customary and greatly appreciated. A suggested amount is $10 per person.
• Restrooms/Showers/Lockers:
  • The catamaran is equipped to maximize your comfort with heads (that’s nautical for bathroom), and a fresh water rinse. There are no bathrooms at the checkin office, but there are public restrooms conveniently located nearby at the marina.
  • There are no lockers or storage facilities at the checkin office. Participants are welcome to bring a beach bag or backpack with personal belongings on the boat. However, if you have large luggage or suitcases these would be best stored at your hotel or vehicle.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
