After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Participants must be at least 6 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Weight: A minimum combined weight of 150 pounds and a maximum combined of 450 pounds.
Health limitations: No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Physical limitations: Pregnant women cannot participate.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children must be at least 6 years old to participate in parasailing and be on the boat.
Pets: Sorry, all pets must stay home!
Individuals with disabilities: Participants with limited mobility can participate so long as they have a person to help assist them on and off the boat and into the parasailing harness.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Up to 1H
What’s included:
- 8-10 minutes of flight time
- State-of-the-art boat
- Extended boat platforms for gentle, dry takeoffs and landings
- Professional instruction from an experienced crew
Who will be present: Your captain, boat crew, and up to 12 participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone onboard must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take photos of your experience!
Specific rules to follow: Must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather your captain will contact you regarding a cancellation. If you have any questions regarding weather, please call your experience provider directly.
Arrival: Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your start time to board the boat. If driving from Miami, please allow yourself a minimum of 5 hours. Please keep in mind there is one road in and out.
Parking: There is no parking at the meeting location but you may unload passengers in front of the office and proceed to the lot on Greene Street. The most convenient city parking lot is at Margaret and Caroline Street with pay machines located in the center of the lot. Also, there are parking spots on Caroline or Elizabeth Streets with pay machines.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the daily temperature.
What to bring:
- A towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swim suit, camera with a secure strap, and love of adventure.
- Valid, government issued photo ID.
- Gratuity for the crew is customary and greatly appreciated. A suggested amount is $15-$20 per person.
Restrooms/Showers/Lockers:
- The catamaran is equipped to maximize your comfort with heads (that’s nautical for bathroom), and a fresh water rinse. There are no bathrooms at the checkin office, but there are public restrooms conveniently located nearby at the marina.
- There are no lockers or storage facilities at the checkin office. Participants are welcome to bring a beach bag or backpack with personal belongings on the boat. However, if you have large luggage or suitcases these would be best stored at your hotel or vehicle.

Once you're in position, the real adventure begins as you take to the skies, soaring 300 feet above the glistening waters. It's an experience of quiet stillness and exhilaration, all rolled into one.

On clear days, you can marvel at the stunning visibility that extends up to 12 miles. As you scan the crystal blue waters below, keep your eyes peeled for the vibrant marine life that inhabits these Caribbean waters. Spot dolphins, turtles, fish, and rays gliding gracefully beneath you—a true spectacle from the skies.

If you're new to parasailing, there's no need to worry. The state-of-the-art boats are equipped with extended platforms that ensure gentle, dry takeoffs and landings. The experienced crew will provide you with all the instructions you need to feel comfortable and confident. In no time, you'll be soaring above the water, embracing the thrill of flight and the beauty of Key West from a whole new perspective.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
