• Weight: Maximum weight limit for a jetski is 450 pounds.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions due to the active nature of the activity.
• Physical limitations: Participants must be capable of re-boarding a jetski if they fall off.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome. Guides will provide instructions before departure.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
• What’s included: 28-mile guided jetski tour around Key West with stops at the Southernmost Point, Key West Harbor, and local sandbars. Gas and equipment are included.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times. Group sizes may vary, but generally include up to 15 participants per tour.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos during the tour. Capture the scenic beauty and excitement of the ride!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. However, tours may be rescheduled or canceled in severe weather conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 60 minutes in advance to complete check-in procedures, including presenting a photo ID and credit card used for booking.
• Parking: There is a parking lot available at the departure location. City parking rates apply.
• What to wear: Wear swimwear and bring a towel and sunscreen. Water shoes are recommended for comfort.
• What to bring:
  • Photo ID, credit card, and any necessary boating certifications for jet ski drivers.
  • Sunscreen, towel, and change of clothes.
  • Phones and cameras are allowed for photos.
  • No outside food or alcohol permitted.
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the departure point.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Florida law requires anyone born after January 1, 1988, to complete a boaters safety test to operate a jet ski. Tests can be taken online prior to arrival.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
