Age: 12+ and 25+ to drive
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Recommended for children at least 12 years old and comfortable in the water.
Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, please make note at the time of booking.
Pets: Dogs may join in the adventure, but you will be subject to a cleaning fee if the Jeep is not returned in the same condition you received it in.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 4-6 hours
What’s included:
- Use of a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for the adventure
- Inflatable paddleboard, camp chairs, cooler, life jackets, first aid kit, blanket, and bluetooth speaker
- Picnic package with champagne and charcuterie board
Who will be present: This is a private, self-guided experience for your group of up to 5 people.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation and sign a waiver.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: The experience provider will go over all the rules with you prior to your adventure.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the experience provider will work with you to reschedule.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Parking is available onsite at the meeting location.
What to wear: Comfortable swimwear or athletic attire appropriate for the weather. A light layer or sun shirt is also recommended.
What to bring:
- Driver’s license, a major credit card for the deposit, and insurance information
- Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection
- A reusable water bottle
- A sense of adventure and a desire to connect with nature
Restrooms: There is access to pit toilets within close proximity to the water's edge.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

A $300 deposit is required and will be refunded once all the equipment is returned.
You must provide auto liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering you, the experience provider, and the vehicle.
Waivers for all participants must be signed prior to the beginning of the adventure.
Cleaning fees will be implemented if the gear, and vehicle are not returned as issued.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
