This adventure includes a comprehensive safety briefing, professional instruction, a celebratory graduation ceremony, and around an hour of hands-on operation.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 16+
• Physical limitations: Participants must have good vision and use of your upper body.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will need to sign a waiver on their behalf. 
• Individuals with disabilities: The experience provider can provide an experience for most disabilities, however you must have good vision and good use of your upper body. If you are deaf or hard of hearing they ask that you provide someone who can help the instructors facilitate through sign language.
• Languages: All instruction is given in English, however they will allow an interpreter out into the field to assist with the dig experience if needed.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
• What’s included: A brief safety class, expert instruction through wireless headset communication, and a graduation ceremony.
• Who will be present: You will have an instructor with you at all times as well as 1 participant. You will be the only person operating the machine. 
• Spectators: You may bring friends and family to watch. There are two dedicated viewing areas for spectators to watch and take photos. 
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged before and after the experience!
• Specific rules to follow: All rules will be covered at check in. Participants must be sober to participate.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: There is free parking available onsite.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. All the machines are fully climate controlled so no matter what the Vegas weather is doing, you’ll stay comfortably cool in the summer and warm in the colder months.
• What to bring:
  • Photo ID (driver’s license is not required to participate)
  • Gratuity for your instructor is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $30-$60 per person.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite, but there are no lockers or changing rooms.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
