What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 45 minutes of flight time; the whole experience, including a pre and post flight lesson, is around 1 hour - 1.5 hours.
• What’s included: Personalized instruction in an Robinson R22 helicopter as well as a $10 fuel and county airport usage fee.
• Who will be present: You will have a flight instructor with you at all times.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos, and photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the instructor’s guidance and rules at all times.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the experience may be rescheduled.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: You may park your car at the designated parking area near the airfield.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for flying and closed-toe shoes.
• What to bring:
  • A valid government-issued ID
  • Personal belongings allowed, but space may be limited.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the airfield.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
