What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 45 minutes. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
• What’s included: The tour features plenty of samples for everyone, including cacao juice, cacao beans, and various dark chocolate bars.
• Who will be present: A guide will be with you at all times. Other guests may join, up to a maximum of 10 participants.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take photos and videos while on the tour and in the retail shop.
• Specific rules to follow: All attendees will be required to wear a mask in the production area during the tour. LetterPress Chocolate is a fragrance-free facility; no perfume or cologne is allowed. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes in advance of your scheduled tour time. If late, a rebooking fee of $20 per person applies.
• Parking: Please factor in traffic as the location is in LA.
• What to wear: Closed-toed shoes are required. Stiletto heels, fur, faux fur, feathers, and glitter are not permitted. A hair net and beard net (if applicable) will be provided.
• What to bring:
  • Camera for photos and videos.
  • No outside food or drinks.
  • An awesome attitude and readiness to learn about bean-to-bar chocolate.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Everyone in your group must adhere to the specified requirements. Violation of any rules will result in the need to rebook for a future date with a $20 per person rebooking fee.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
