• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Weight: Total weight of all passengers cannot exceed 680 pounds, and individual passenger weight cannot exceed 300 pounds.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult a doctor if necessary.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to board and exit the helicopter independently.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate.
• Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 20-25 minutes of flight time. Flight times are measured from engine startup to shutdown.
• What’s included: Scenic helicopter tour in an R44 Helicopter.
• Who will be present: A pilot and the members of your group (up to 2 passengers). As this is not a private tour, one additional passenger could join the tour, however it is not common.
• Spectators: No spectators allowed; everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos during the flight.
• Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine, but routes may vary due to weather or FAA restrictions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shorter tour, and additional charges may apply to extend the tour if possible.
• What to wear: Dress comfortably for the weather.
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID.
  • Phones and electronics are allowed.
  • Food and drinks are not specified.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
