• Who will be present: A professional guide accompanies the group at all times. The six-door limousine seats up to 8 passengers.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged throughout the tour. Stop-and-exit opportunities provide additional photo moments.
• Specific rules to follow: No food, drinks (other than sealed bottled water), drugs, alcohol, or vaping are permitted inside the limousines. No luggage or strollers may be brought on board. • Weather dependency: Tours run in almost all weather. The only exception is an official flood warning, in which case guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Arrival: The guide is at the meeting point to check guests in 20 minutes before each tour begins.
  • Guests who arrive late cannot join the tour after departure, and no refund will be issued. The tour starts on schedule with no exceptions.

• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for Southern California weather. The limousines have air conditioning, but bear in mind up to 9 people (passengers plus guide) may be on board, so temperatures can vary. Dress in layers accordingly.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking.
