Heather is a wonderful tour guide. The driver she had though was absolute rubbish. He arrived 20 minutes late, it was his first time doing the tour, and all he wanted to do was fight with her. He stopped way past the points of interests then complained when Heather asked him to back up or circle the block and return to the locations so we could see what she was talking about. She was trying her best to work with this outside bus service but she should find a new company. She is wonderful and has a lot of great stories but the driver made the tour awful. My five stars are for Heather alone.
