• Age: Ages 4+
• Weight: 250 lbs per person and no group may exceed 1000 lbs - if passengers do no fit in seatbelts - they can not fly.
• Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 40 minutes of flight time

• Who will be present: A professional pilot will be with you at all times; up to 4 passengers total may be on the flight
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are allowed and encouraged

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Flights depend on weather conditions
• Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time
• Parking: Parking is available at Schaumburg Regional Airport
• What to bring:
  • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID.
  • Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at the airport

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Flights are subject to weather conditions and the pilot will determine if it is safe to fly; if conditions are not suitable, the flight will be rescheduled to a convenient time

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

Passengers who fail to show up for their reservation will be CHARGED IN FULL. If passengers fail to show up for their booking and wish to reschedule a $100 fee will apply. Passengers who are late may not be guaranteed to fly or reschedule the same day. The experience provider has the right to reschedule at any time due to FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions, Weather Conditions, and or Aircraft Maintenance Requirements or any other condition that may make the flight not possible. No fees would apply to this.
