• Health limitations:  The workshop involves skin-applied products including a facial cleanser, toner, scrub, vitamin C moisturizer, face mask, and perfume spray. Guests with known skin sensitivities, allergies to specific botanical or cosmetic ingredients, or active skin conditions (e.g., eczema, rosacea, open wounds) should contact the studio in advance to confirm suitability.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours
• What's included: Each guest will create a complete all-natural skincare routine from scratch, including:
  • a facial cleanser
  • balancing toner
  • gentle facial scrub
  • vitamin C moisturizer
  • sample face mask
  • sample perfume spray.
  • *All materials are provided. The session features guided instruction, interactive stations, and music throughout.
• Who will be present: A studio instructor will be present to guide the experience throughout as well as other guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/video: Photos and video are actively encouraged throughout the session. The experience is designed to be content-friendly and go-live worthy, guests are welcome to share the process on social media

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Punctual arrival is required. A strict 10-minute grace period is in place — late arrivals will not receive a refund. Class credits are offered in lieu of refunds, valid for one full calendar year.
• Parking: Public transportation or ride share is encouraged.
• What to wear: Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended.
• What to bring: a valid ID in order to enter the studio.
• Restrooms/changing rooms: restrooms on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
