• Health limitations: The experience involves aromatic fragrances and botanical ingredients used in tea blending. Guests with sensitivities to scents, herbs, or specific botanicals should contact the studio in advance.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

• Children: This is not an experience for children under the age of 8.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1.5 hours
• What's included: Each guest will create a personalized aromatherapy-inspired fragrance, pour a 6oz custom candle, and craft a custom loose-leaf tea blend to take home.
  • The session includes guided activities, interactive scent exploration, and a dedicated tea blending station.
  • Time permitting, guests may refine or create additional tea blends at the blending bar.
• Who will be present: A studio instructor will be present to guide the experience throughout as well as other guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all guests must have a ticket/reservation.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Punctual arrival is required. A strict 10-minute grace period is in place — late arrivals will not receive a refund. Class credits are offered in lieu of refunds, valid for one full calendar year.
• Parking: Public transportation or ride share is encouraged.
• What to wear: Guests may wish to avoid wearing clothing they wouldn't want to risk getting wax on.
• What to bring: a valid ID in order to enter the studio.
• Restrooms/changing rooms: restrooms on site.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
