Each participant will have the opportunity to create three variations of sushi rolls: a choice between Tuna or Salmon, a classic California Roll, and a "catch of the day" roll, featuring locally sourced fish and sustainable ingredients. Feel free to unleash your creativity by experimenting with different combinations of ingredients and rolling techniques, such as wrapping seaweed both inside and outside the rolls, to create your very own signature edition.
No prior experience is necessary! We'll provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, which can easily be found at local markets if you don't already have them in your own kitchen. Our events are casual and designed to be enjoyable and instructive, rather than demanding. This class caters to both cooking enthusiasts who wish to be fully involved in every step and first-timers who prefer to observe, assist, or indulge in taste testing.
