What to expect on the day of the experience?

• What’s included: 3 course, customized, thai cooking class with all ingredients, recipes, and special cooking utensils (if needed).
• Who will be present: A chef instructor will guide you through each step of the cooking process. Classes are private, and the number of participants is based on your booking.
• Spectators: No spectators allowed; all participants must be part of the class.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos or videos during the class.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow safety instructions provided by the chef during the class, especially when handling sharp objects or cooking at high heat.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience, so it will proceed regardless of weather.
• Arrival: Be prepared to start at your scheduled time. No specific arrival time required since this is an in-home class.
• Parking: Not applicable for in-home experiences.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for cooking. Aprons will be provided if needed.
• What to bring: You may want to have a water bottle handy. Any additional items needed for the class will be communicated in advance.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Not relevant as this is in-home, but be sure your kitchen is clean and ready for use.

• The class can be tailored to your specific interests and dietary preferences, so please notify in advance.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 3 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 3 days in advance means losing the value of your experience. The provider reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason 7 days before the scheduled class.
