Who can you accommodate for? 

• Children: The tour is a family activity for families that enjoy macabre content, but is not recommended for young children or guests easily upset by disturbing subject matter. Parents should carefully consider the Three Knives content rating before booking for children.

• Weather dependency: Tours run in almost all weather. The only exception is an official flood warning, in which case guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Arrival: The guide is at the meeting point to check guests in 20 minutes before each tour begins.
  • Guests who arrive late cannot join the tour after departure, and no refund will be issued. The tour starts on schedule with no exceptions.

• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for Southern California weather. The limousines have air conditioning, but bear in mind up to 9 people (passengers plus guide) may be on board, so temperatures can vary. Dress in layers accordingly.

• Tipping is not required but is appreciated if the guide did a great job.
