This isn't your average off-road tour; it's a heart-pounding adventure that has graced the screens of TV networks worldwide and earned the title of "Sin City's Best Near Death Experience" from Rolling Stone Magazine.

Picture yourself in the driver's seat of a fully equipped dune buggy, tackling aggressive and challenging landscapes that include dunes, gravel, hills, valleys, creek beds, and winding trails in every direction. It's akin to a roller coaster, but here, you're the one in control!

Safety is key on this journey. You'll be securely seated inside a fully welded double loop steel roll cage, wearing a full-face helmet and a 4-point harness at all times on the demanding Off-Road course. While one and two-seat buggies are ideal for the Mini-Baja, larger buggies are available for families. (4-seat buggies accommodate two adults in the front and two children weighing under 100 pounds in the back seat.) The best part? These buggies are a breeze to drive, with only gas, brake, and steering, just like your automatic car. You set the pace, going as fast as your comfort allows.

Drive a Buggy Option:

After an extensive safety briefing, step into your full-face helmet and secure yourself in a four-point harness in a desert racer. Your mission? Chase one of our seasoned "Dunie" guides through the exhilarating terrain.

Ride with a Guide Option:

Not up for driving the buggy but still eager for the adventure? Choose to ride with a guide. Let an experienced driver take the wheel while you savor the thrill of the journey.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old to drive, or 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. To ride all passengers must be at least 4 years old. 
• Health limitations: Not for pregnant women.
• Physical limitations: Not recommended for those with neck or back injuries.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children must be at least 4 years old to ride as a passenger in the buggy. All passengers, including children, must wear a full face off road helmet during the adventure. If your child uses a booster seat in your car, feel free to bring it with you to use in the buggy. 
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Individuals with disabilities: Buggies are handicap accessible with hand driving for participants who are able to get in and out of the vehicle on their own or with the assistance of a friend. The experience provider cannot assist participants with entering or exiting of the vehicle. All buggies are equipped with a 4-point safety harness and a protective steel roll cage.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 30 Minutes in the buggy (please allow for 4 hours door to door if using the complimentary shuttle service)
• What’s included: 
  • Round trip transportation from your resort 
  • All equipment, fuel, park entrance fee, and water
• Who will be present: Your guide and up to 7 other buggies with participants. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Personal photos are welcome.
• Specific rules to follow: No drugs or alcohol are permitted.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience will be running rain or shine. In the case of rain, jackets will be provided.
• Arrival: Be prepared for pickup at your hotel 10-20 minutes prior to the scheduled shuttle pickup time. If you are not using the shuttle service, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.
• Parking: It is recommended to book the complimentary shuttle service from your resort. If you decide to drive to the facility at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, parking is available on site. 
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Long sleeve shirts and pants are highly recommended. Sneakers or closed toed shoes are required. Sweatpants are recommended as the elastic at the ankles helps keep the sand out. 
• What to bring:
  • Valid photo ID or driver’s license
  • $300 cash or credit card deposit required for all reservations
• Gratuity: Gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated if you enjoy your experience. $5-$10 per group is recommended for the shuttle driver and $10-$20 per buggy for your desert guide. 
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the check-in facility.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
