Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 16+ with a valid driver’s license to operate an ATV and 18+ with a valid driver’s license to operate a Polaris RZR. Passengers must be 7+ to ride in the RZR.
• Weight: Minimum weight of 60 pounds and maximum weight of 375 pounds.
• Health limitations: For safety reasons, expectant mothers are not allowed to participate due to the terrain, which may include bumps, rocks, fast turns, speed, dips, and ruts. These activities could risk the safety of the mother and unborn child.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
• Individuals with disabilities: Tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Dietary restrictions: Tour provider can adapt to vegetarian diets. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please make a note at the time of booking. 
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 6-6.5 hours including transportation, with about 75 minutes of ride time.

• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as up to 20 total participants.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! Your guide will also take photos to share with you at the end of the tour. 
• Specific rules to follow: 
  • No drinking or being intoxicated is allowed
  • Drinking, smoking marijuana, and/or using illegal drugs prior to or during your tour is strictly prohibited
  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited during the duration of the tour, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping pens, marijuana, CBD pens, etc. Due to the safety and well-being of others, please refrain from smoking until the conclusion of your tour.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your pickup time or start time if you choose not to schedule the complimentary transportation.
• Parking: If you choose to drive to the meeting location, parking will be available. 
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and desert environment. Shorts are not recommended. Sneakers, boots, or closed-toed shoes are required to participate. No Crocs, Yeezy’s, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes!
• What to bring:
  • Valid driver’s license and major credit card for incidentals
  • Gratuity for your guide is not included and greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. 
  • Sunglasses, a hat and a jacket in cooler months
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience? 

• A credit card must be provided for incidentals prior to the tour. The credit card holder is responsible for all incidentals on tour and all participants. If the credit card holder does not want to be charged for other participants’ incidental damages to the equipment, then each participant needs to provide a credit card prior to the tour.
• Whether damages are seen or not, an ATV rollover or tipped on the side is a minimum charge of $300.00 plus any additional damages.
• Damage to any RZR is a minimum charge of $600.00 for tire/rim and $3,500.00 if rolled on the side or tipped over, plus any additional damages.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 5 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
