Spectators: The experience is exclusively for ticketed passengers; no additional spectators are allowed at the boarding area.
Photo/video: Guests are encouraged to bring cameras or smartphones to capture the scenic views. Photography is allowed throughout the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The cruise operates rain or shine. In case of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled or canceled with options for refunds or rebooking.
Arrival: Check-in begins 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. Guests must present their booking confirmation electronically or in print.
Parking: Parking is available near the docking area, but it may involve parking fees. Public transport or rideshares are recommended.

Seating: Open seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing guests to choose from spots on either the upper open deck or the covered lower deck.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
