Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome, but drivers must be at least 21 years old. 
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to get in and out of the boat on their own or with limited assistance. 
• Experience level: No license or prior experience needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Young children are required to wear a life jacket at all times.
• Individuals with disabilities: Participants must be able to get in and out of the boat on their own or with limited assistance. There are not any accessibility ramps.
• Pets: Dogs are allowed for an additional fee paid directly to the experience provider. The provider does not have life jackets for dogs so dogs are brought onto the boat at your own risk.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1, 2, or 3 hour rental options
• What’s included: 
  • 18 foot electric motor boat rental
  • Adult and child size life jackets and all required safety gear
  • Food and beverages are not included, but you can bring your own picnic. There is a large table in the middle of the boat that makes it easy to enjoy food.
• Who will be present: The rental is private for your group size with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
• Specific rules to follow: No swimming from the boat. No red wine or hookahs allowed onboard. All other rules and safety instructions will be covered when you check in for your rental experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience will run in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the experience provider. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: There are three underground garages at The Wharf. Garage 1 has three entrances. Garage 1 - Blair Alley Entrance is closest to GoBoat. Park in the BLUE section of the garage.
• What to wear: Clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. 
• What to bring:
  • Valid government issued ID
  • Any food, snacks, or beverages
  • Alcohol is allowed onboard for passengers who are at least 21 years old. The captain of the boat must stay sober, and red wine is not allowed, as it stains the boat. 
  • Please only bring what you need on board. The experience provider cannot store personal items for you while you are on the boat.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are public restrooms located right next door to the experience provider. There are no lockers or changing rooms available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
