• Children: Children of all ages may attend; all participants must have individual tickets unless otherwise specified by the ticket provider.

• Dietary restrictions: Food and beverage venues inside the stadium for purchase may accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary needs.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: A typical NFL home game lasts approximately 3–4 hours, including pre-game, game play, and post-game activities.
• What’s included: Your game ticket grants entry to the stadium for the specified home game of the team.
• Who will be present: You will be seated among other fans. Stadium staff, security personnel, and event staff will be present throughout the venue.
• Spectators: Only ticket-holders may enter; external spectators without tickets are not permitted into the venue.
• Photo/video: Personal photography and video recording are generally allowed for personal use; however, professional equipment or commercial filming may require special permission. Please comply with stadium rules regarding use of cameras, drones, and audio recording.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Bag policy applies; bags above a certain size or non-clear bags may be prohibited or subject to security screening. Please check the venue regulations in advance.
  • Late entry may be restricted once game play has started.
  • Follow all instructions issued by stadium staff, security, and signage.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The stadium is a major outdoor venue with covered sections; game will proceed in most weather conditions unless officially postponed.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 45–60 minutes before kickoff to allow time for parking, security screening, and seating.
• Parking: Pre-purchased parking passes are strongly recommended. Use official lots, ride-share zones, or public transit links to avoid congestion.
• What to wear: Team colors, comfortable clothing, and layered attire are recommended. Bring sun protection (sunglasses, hat) or light outerwear if weather is variable.
• What to bring: Valid game ticket (mobile or printed)
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available throughout the stadium; lockers and changing rooms are not typically provided.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• For highly anticipated games (rivalries, playoffs), ticket demand is high; secure tickets in advance.
• Respect the code of conduct and behavior standards established by the venue, failure to comply can result in ejection or suspension of future access.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
