• Height: Participants must be between 4.9ft - 6.7ft
• Health limitations: Not suitable for guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those with heart conditions, pregnant women, guests with disabilities that may interfere with their safety, guests with vertigo, motion sickness, or any physical, mental, or psychological ailments that could inhibit or be aggravated by the experience.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 75 to 90 minutes in total.
• What’s included: Entry to City Climb and Edge, a City Climb Suit, safety equipment, and a complimentary video of the climb.
• Who will be present: Staff and other participants.
• Spectators: Friends and family can watch from Edge, but must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Personal recording devices are not allowed. A complimentary video and photos are provided.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience. Operates year-round but may be affected by high winds, heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance
• Parking: Public transportation or car share is recommended, however, there is private and public parking nearby.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, suitable for walking and climbing stairs. Secure fitting, completely enclosed shoes are required. City Climb shoes are available if needed.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available.
