Taking over a 100-year-old boiler room space beneath the iconic Chelsea Market, ARTECHOUSE NYC is one of the most unique art destinations and things to do in New York City.

Exhibitions Rotate throughout the year. After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Ages 4+. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: The space is fully accessible, allowing mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers. Some programs might have interaction methods that could be difficult for some visitors.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Tickets are for individual hour-long sessions. Visitors may stay longer when space allows, but ARTECHOUSE reserves the right to enforce the one-hour limit if needed.
• What’s included: Entrance to ARTECHOUSE.
• Who will be present: You will have ARTECHOUSE employees as well as other visitors.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket and reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photography for personal use is allowed without flash. Commercial photography and professional equipment are prohibited.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes minutes in advance
• Parking: ARTECHOUSE does not offer or validate parking. Visitors should refer to location-specific pages for public transportation and parking details.
• What to bring: It's recommended to download the ARTECHOUSE XR app before visiting.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are public restrooms at ARTECHOUSE.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
