What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.
• What’s included: The tour includes a brief introduction to bees and honey, a visit to active beehives, and a honey tasting session with samples of Hi Honey Farm's raw and infused honey varieties (subject to availability and season).
• Who will be present: A guide will be present at all times during the tour, with other participants joining.
• Photo/video: Photos are encouraged throughout the tour.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
• Arrival: Please call or send a message upon arrival at the big yellow gate next to the local fruit stand. The gate and doors open 10 minutes before the tour starts.
• Parking: Drive through the gate and park near the 'Bee Bus' and 'Park Here' signs.
• What to wear: Closed-toe shoes and socks are required.
• Restrooms: A gender-neutral outdoor porta potty is available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
