• Individuals with disabilities: The tour is wheelchair accessible, and service animals are allowed. Please inquire in advance for any specific accommodations.
• Languages: Audio guides are available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Mandarin.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed, except for service animals.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: This is a full-day pass for the hop-on hop-off service.
• What’s included:
  • Access to all 28 stops on the Philadelphia Sightseeing Tour bus, a 1.5-hour loop of the city, and expert local guide commentary.
  • Audio commentary is available in multiple languages.
  • Admission fees to attractions and historic sights not included.
• Who will be present: A guide will be providing commentary throughout the tour. Other participants will join the experience, and passengers can hop on and off at any of the 28 stops.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos during the tour.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow all guide and driver instructions while aboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your desired departure time.
• Parking: Parking may be available at nearby public lots or street parking, depending on availability near the Bourse Building (Independence National Historic Park).
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing for sitting on an open-top bus and good walking shoes for stops.
• What to bring:
  • Water and snacks if desired.
  • Phones or cameras for photos.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms or lockers are available on the bus.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Tickets must be redeemed at the City Sightseeing Kiosk located near the Bourse Building.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
