• Who will be present: You will be visiting public attractions with many other people present.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Outdoor attractions are weather dependent. It is recommended to check with the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about weather. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to any experience that requires a booking. 
• Parking: Parking may be available, please check with the attraction directly for parking information.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather conditions.
• What to bring: Photo identification and any personal items needed for the attractions of your choice (sunscreen, hat, etc.).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each attraction.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Transportation in between experiences is not included with the Pass.
• You can choose attractions as you go. There is no need for a set itinerary, although some attractions require booking in advance.
• Since each attraction's availability differs, your Pass confirmation gives you access to an app that helps in organizing your adventures. The app provides details on opening dates and hours, exact locations, and directions.

How many attractions can I visit with an All-Inclusive Pass?

With an All-Inclusive Pass, there’s no limit! You can visit as many attractions as you want from the curated list, all within the duration of your pass. Each attraction can only be visited one time with this pass.

How do I use the All-Inclusive Pass?

Simply present your pass at any participating attraction for entry. You can use the Go City app or bring a printed version for convenience.

When does my All-Inclusive Pass expire?

Your pass is valid for the number of days you choose (e.g., 1 day) and activates when you visit your first attraction.

Do I need to reserve my spot at attractions in advance?

While most attractions allow walk-ins, some may require reservations. Check the Go City app or website for specific details.

How do I get my Go City All-Inclusive Pass?

Once purchased, your pass will be emailed to you. Download it to the Go City app or print it out for easy access.

What happens if I lose my pass?

No worries—contact Go City customer support for help. To avoid losing it, save your pass in the app!

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
