What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement and weather.
What’s included: The tour includes a USCG licensed captain, a crew member, refreshments (water, cola, ginger ale), basic paper utensils, and access to a Bluetooth sound system.
Who will be present: A USCG licensed captain and a crew member will be on board. You will be joined by other guests (up to the boat's capacity).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos, especially to capture the scenic views of the Philadelphia waterfront and landmarks.
Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time, and no smoking is allowed on board.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour will run rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather. In the case of severe weather, the tour may be rescheduled.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free parking is available near the dock at Westville, NJ.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, flat-soled shoes (flip flops preferred), and weather-appropriate attire. Bring swimwear and towels if you plan to swim.
What to bring:
- BYOB is allowed (no red wine). Glass bottles should be poured into cups.
- Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and snacks (avoid Cheese Puffs).
- Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms on the boat; please plan accordingly before departure.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
