Physical limitations: Participants should be able to walk a short distance from the parking lot to the boat ramp.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours. The tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement and weather.
What’s included: The tour includes a licensed captain, a crew member, refreshments (water, cola, ginger ale), basic paper utensils, and access to a Bluetooth sound system.
Who will be present: A USCG licensed captain and a crew member will be on board. You will be joined by other guests (up to the boat's capacity).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos, especially to capture the scenic views of the Philadelphia skyline and wildlife.
Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time, and no smoking is allowed on board.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Light rain will not prevent departure; dress accordingly. In the case of severe weather, the tour may be rescheduled.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free parking is available adjacent to the playground, a 5-minute walk to the boat ramp.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and weather-appropriate attire.
What to bring:
- BYOB is allowed. A cooler with ice is provided for any beverages you wish to bring.
- Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms on the boat; please plan accordingly before departure.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
