What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 4 hours.
What’s included: Visits to three pizza spots and three ice cream parlors, transportation between locations on our 14-passenger bus.
Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will accompany you, along with other guests (total group size varies).
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all attendees must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos during the tour.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour will proceed rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we may reschedule.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
Parking: On-street parking is available for free, but be mindful of time limits.
What to wear: Comfortable shoes for walking.
What to bring:
- A water bottle, especially important during warmer months.
- Umbrella if rain is forecasted.
- Cash or card for any additional purchases or gratuities.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are accessible during stops but no lockers or changing rooms are available.

Be prepared for minimal walking and lots of tasting! You will visit a mix of dine-in and take-out venues, so seating may not always be available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
