Welcome to Prison Break, the ultimate escape game experience in Jacksonville, FL. You and your team will be locked in two separate prison cells and must work together to find clues, solve puzzles, and make your daring escape. You'll need to be sneaky and make your way to the warden's office. If you're successful, you'll be able to escape the prison and live to tell the tale. But if you fail, you'll be stuck in prison forever!
At Prison Break, we strive to create an immersive and realistic environment. You'll find yourself in a 1950s style prison, complete, even with real prison toilets. With a difficulty rating of 9/10, you'll need to be on your A game! Our game is designed for players 13 and up, though those under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their waiver. We recommend that younger players are accompanied by an adult, as some of the content may be too difficult for them.
Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
The Partner can reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.

The Escape Game is definitely one of the top places on my list for escape rooms. Among the many rooms I've tried, Prison Break was one of my favorites. It was challenging, yet so much fun! The kindness of the staff always stands out, and we had an awesome guide who made the experience even better. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!
