  • Children: This is not an experience for children under the age of 8 years old.
  • Dietary restrictions: All Chefs can adapt to your preferences as the menu is 100% customizable.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This experience will last approximately 3 hours.
  • What’s included:
    • A 4-course meal customized to your tastes and preferences
    • All of the ingredients, supplies, and equipment to prepare the meal
    • Cleanup after the meal
    • Gratuity, tableware, glassware, and alcohol are NOT included
  • Who will be present: You will have a chef with you at all times and your private group only.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience at your home.
  • What to wear: Wear whatever you prefer!
  • Parking: Especially in major cities, if there's not ample parking available by your home and a fee is assessed, you will need to pay the chef directly.

  • The chefs are willing to travel within a 35 mile radius of the city center on average.

Transform an ordinary evening into a remarkable culinary event with the Private Chef Experience in Phoenix. This experience offers the luxury of having a skilled chef prepare a custom menu in the comfort of your home, ideal for a romantic dinner for two.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Book Your Chef: Choose a date, then select from local chefs each with unique culinary styles. Each chef provides a personalized menu from which you can choose your preferred dishes.
  2. Set the Menu: After selecting your chef, you'll work together to finalize a menu that fits your tastes and dietary needs.
  3. Event Coordination: Your chef will contact you within 48 hours of booking to confirm menu details and any special instructions. You’ll have up to a week before the event to make any final adjustments or menu selections.
  4. Enjoy Your Meal: On the day of the event, your chef will bring all necessary ingredients and equipment, cook your selected dishes, and handle all the cleanup afterward.

This service is designed to deliver a sophisticated dining experience without the need to step outside your home, blending professional culinary art with the intimate atmosphere of your dining room.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
