  • Languages: Tours are conducted in English.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on the tour.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Expect to spend about 2 to 2.5 hours on this adventure.
  • What’s included: A ducky kayak trip, a visit to Alcantara Vineyards for wine tasting, a $20 wine tasting credit, and the opportunity to purchase additional wine or gifts.
  • Who will be present: A professional guide will lead the kayaking portion and vineyard staff will conduct the wine tasting.
  • Photo/video: Bring your camera for great photo opportunities; remember to pack it in a waterproof bag!

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The trip departs rain or shine, offering more adventure in any weather.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
  • Parking: Available at the departure point—details will be provided upon booking.
  • What to wear: Wear clothing appropriate for water activities and weather conditions; a change of clothes is recommended for after the trip.
  • What to bring:
    • Mandatory reusable water bottle (no plastic bottles allowed; filtered water available for refills).
    • A valid ID for wine tasting.
    • Water-appropriate footwear, sunscreen, sunglasses with strap, and a sunhat.
    • A waterproof bag for electronics and other items you wish to keep dry.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities are available at the starting point and vineyard for changing and storing belongings.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
