• Individuals with disabilities: Foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated on board. Full-size wheelchairs that require a ramp cannot be accommodated on the standard fleet. As a private tour, accessibility arrangements can be made in advance.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are welcome; staff may ask what task the animal has been trained to perform.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 6 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.

• Specific rules to follow: No food or luggage is permitted on the bus. Full-size baby strollers cannot be accommodated; collapsible strollers that fit under a seat are acceptable.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the tour will be running.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before departure.
• Parking: Parking is available near the US Navy Memorial. SpotHero is recommended for reserving parking in advance. Additional parking options near the departure point can be found via Google Maps. The Archives/Navy Memorial Metro stop (Green and Yellow Lines) is also directly adjacent to the departure location.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended.
• What to bring:

  • Tips for the guide and driver are not included (standard rate: 15%, or $8–$10 per person)
• Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the departure location (US Navy Memorial) and at stops throughout the tour.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
