Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: All passengers must be able to enter and exit the helicopter without assistance for safety reasons
Experience level: No experience needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All ages welcome, all passengers need a ticket
Individuals with disabilities: Not wheelchair accessible, individual need to be able to enter and exit the helicopter without assistance for safety reasons
Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 75 minutes with 50 minutes of flight time.
What’s included: Private helicopter tour in an Robinson R44 helicopter for 2 or 3 passengers with a FAA certified pilot
Who will be present: Your pilot and your party of 2 or 3 participants (this is a private tour).
Spectators: You may bring friends and family to watch you take off and land.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: Due to the nature of this activity and the safety of all staff and guests, the experience provider reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who show any signs or indications of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. Customers will not be held liable for adverse weather, temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or unforeseen aircraft maintenance. Your tour will be rebooked at no additional charge.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Free parking available
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
What to bring: Please bring a valid ID
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available. Customers can bring their purse into the helicopter (no lockers available).

Options and Capabilities:
- Doors-Off Flight: Remove one or more doors for a glare-free view.
- Cameras and Equipment: Securely attach all equipment to the photographer at all times.
- Hovering Operations: Achieve a still platform with a full-stop hover depending on weight and environmental conditions.
- High-Speed Operations: Cruise at up to 130 knots for quick and efficient point-to-point travel.
- Robinson R22: With doors removed, operate up to 102 knots.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
