Your journey commences at Miami Executive Airport, and from there, you'll be treated to breathtaking aerial views of this vibrant city and its surrounding natural wonders.

As your helicopter takes to the skies, you'll pass over the picturesque landscapes of Pinecrest, Matheson Preserve, and the stunning Tahiti Beach. Keep your eyes peeled for captivating wildlife below, from majestic manatees to intriguing sharks. The Vizcaya Museum and Gardens will come into view, offering a unique perspective on this historic landmark.

Your flight continues over the enchanting neighborhoods of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, each revealing its own charm from above. Finally, you'll have a bird's-eye view of the bustling heart of Miami—Downtown Miami, where skyscrapers and city lights create a mesmerizing spectacle.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: It is recommended that children older than 2 years old. All children occupy one seat of the aircraft and need to use the seatbelt for safety.
• Weight: According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, the partner cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 280lbs (or 127kg). For groups of three passengers, total passenger weight should not exceed 550lbs (250kg).
• Health limitations: Pregnant women in their third trimester should avoid helicopter rides.

• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 20 Minutes of flight time
• What’s included: Helicopter tour a brand new helicopter Robinson R44. 
• Who will be present: The passengers and a FAA-certified pilot. All tours are private. You can book a tour for minimum 2 and maximum 3 people. We will not include people you don’t know in your flight.
• Spectators: Your friends or family can wait for you at the airport if they are not flying.
• Photo/ video: You can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.
• Specific rules to follow: We request that all customers sign our waivers prior to the flight.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Your flight can be rescheduled in case of rain. The pilot is the one that decides if the weather is safe or not to fly.
• Arrival: You should arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time your tour is reserved. Passengers failing to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time might have their tour duration reduced or considered ‘no show’, with no refund.
• Parking: If you have a car, you can drive to CR Aviation, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There is free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.
• What to wear: We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sun glasses for flights during the day.
• What to bring:
  • All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport. You can bring small handbags.
  • You can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the facility.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• All our air tours are private. You can book a tour for minimum 2 and maximum 3 people. We will not include people you don’t know in your flight. 
• Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
