Any restrictions to participate?

Age: This experience is recommended for children older than 2 years old. All children occupy one seat of the aircraft and need to use the seatbelt for safety.
Weight: Maximum of 275lbs (125kg) per passenger. Groups should not exceed 550lbs (250kg). Passengers that weigh more than 275lbs will not be able to have the flight tour and will not receive refunds for the ticket.
Health limitations: It is recommended that pregnant women consult their physician before partaking in this experience.

Who can you accommodate for?

Individuals with disabilities: Some disabled travelers may be accommodated, but it is not guaranteed. Please call in advance or let us know at the time of booking should you need assistance.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 50 Minutes of flight time
What’s included: Have a magical experience flying over Miami on a Cessna 177, the best aircraft for sightseeing tours with a guide.
Who will be present: The passengers and a FAA-certified pilot. All tours are private. You can book a tour for minimum 2 and maximum 3 people. We will not include people you don’t know in your flight.
Spectators: Your friends or family can wait for you at the airport if they are not flying.
Photo/ video: You can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that the partner does not take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.
Specific rules to follow: It is requested that all customers sign the partner's waivers prior to the flight.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Your flight can be rescheduled in case of rain. The pilot is the one that decides if the weather is safe or not to fly.
Arrival: You should arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time your tour is reserved. Passengers failing to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time might have their tour duration reduced or considered ‘no show’, with no refund.
Parking: If you have a car, you can drive to CR Aviation, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There is free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.
What to wear: Lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection is recommended. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sunglasses for flights during the day.
What to bring:
- All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport. You may bring small handbags.
- You may bring your camera and mobile phone.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the facility.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
