What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 4 hours
• What's included: A licensed captain, a private pontoon reserved for the group, a stocked cooler with ice, bottled water, and sodas, fuel, and all required safety equipment.
• Who will be present: A captain will be present throughout the cruise, with up to 6 passengers total allowed aboard due to Coast Guard regulations
• Spectators: This is a private cruise, and all guests aboard must be included in the reservation
• Photo/video: You may take your own photos and videos throughout the cruise
• Specific rules to follow: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain. Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior are not permitted and may result in the trip being terminated without refund.

• Weather dependency: The experience takes place outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time
• Parking: Parking is available near the departure location in Clear Lake Shores

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Guests who choose to enter the water should be comfortable swimmers and do so at their own risk; children and non-swimmers must wear an appropriate life jacket while in or near the water.
• The trip generally follows a set four hour round trip itinerary to and from Party Cove in Nassau Bay, with exact timing depending on the selected time slot.
• Routes and the exact schedule may be adjusted at the captain's discretion for safety reasons, and personal belongings are not the operator's responsibility.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
