Children: Children above the age of 6 are welcome, however, please note this is more of an adult social outing, and all participants must have a ticket.
Individuals with disabilities: Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 3 hours
What’s included:
- Private sailboat charter with certified captain
- Hands-On Sailing: Get involved in the sailing experience with guidance from your seasoned captain, enhancing your connection to the art of sailing. (captains discretion)
Who will be present: You will have an experienced captain with you at all times as well as up to 6 total participants on your private charter.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: No personal alcohol is allowed on board.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. The captain will determine if the weather should postpone the experience. All vessels get enclosed or have inside spaces, so we will be dry and comfortable regardless of the weather.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: You may park your car/ bike/ truck at the marina.
What to wear: Flat shoes are best. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an extra layer as you’ll be on the water.
What to bring:
- You may bring any food and nonalcoholic drinks that you like. You may bring beer and wine only, no liquor please.
- Cash to tip your captain. Gratuity is not included in the price of the ticket, but is greatly appreciated for a job well done!
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Vessels are equipped with bathrooms, or as we call them on the water, “heads”.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
