• Age: All passengers must be able to legally ride in a car without a car seat and be able to wear a seat belt.
• Weight: Individual passengers must weigh no more than 290 pounds.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for expectant mothers.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All passengers must be able to legally ride in a car, without a car seat, and be able to wear a seat belt. All passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Individuals with disabilities: Passengers will need to transfer from the wheelchair onto the helicopter and be able to sit in one of the seats with their legs bent for the duration of the flight.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 30-minute flight time
• What’s included: A scenic flight with an FAA certified pilot. Gratuity for the pilot is not included and much appreciated if you enjoy the experience
• Who will be present: This is a private flight for up to two passengers and your FAA certified pilot.
• Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch, take pictures, and view the takeoff.
• Photo/ video: You may bring your camera and take pictures. 
• Specific rules to follow: No bags, with the exception of cameras, will be allowed on the flight. Participants will be required to sign a liability release form.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Free parking available.
• What to wear: Flat rubber-soled shoes are recommended.
• What to bring: Please bring a valid ID.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
