My husband, grandson, and I had an amazing time exploring Grand Central, Penn Stations, and the NY Subway with Justin from Untapped Tours. Originally, we had scheduled two private tours, the Secrets of Grand Central Station and The Remnants of Penn Station, at separate times on the same day. However, Justin suggested we combine the tours and include the secrets of the NY Subway, which is usually offered as a separate tour. Justin's sensitivity to our grandson's interests and his visuals brought the tour to life. We were thrilled with Justin's attention to detail, personable manner, and genuine knowledge. Our grandson hasn't stopped talking about it yet, and neither have we. Justin is the perfect guide, and Untapped Tours has unique offerings, excellent guides, and easy scheduling. Justin even gave us pictures of Penn Station before and after, lasting mementos of our wonderful experience.

I recently took the Penn Station tour and was led by tour guide Justin. He demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the Station's history, including backstories, personalities, and architecture. Despite having been in this station hundreds of times in the past 40 years, I had never "seen" the structures he showed us. Justin was personable, helpful, and made this a "perfect 10" experience.

Justin is an excellent tour guide who has an extensive knowledge of the history of Penn Station. His passion for the place is evident throughout the tour, as he shares his love and sometimes dislike of the station. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in the history of New York City, transit, or those who want to learn more about the largest train hub in the US.
