• Age: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Weight: Back seats are not suitable for people over 250 pounds.
• Height: Back seats are not suitable for people over 7 feet tall.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women as well as people with heart or back problems or serious medical conditions.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Passengers under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 50 minutes
• What’s included:
  • Guided tour with an experienced and friendly co-pilot!
  • Insurance coverage is included for the driver, but there is an additional charge of $20 per passenger, payable directly to the tour provider. 
  • No deposit is required
• Who will be present: This is a private experience for those in your group. You will have a guide with you at all times.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! The tour provider also sells GoPro video recordings of the entire tour for $30.
• Specific rules to follow: Your guide will go over all the rules prior to the experience.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event of unfavorable weather your tour guide will contact you directly to reschedule the tour. If you have any questions regarding the weather, please reach out to the tour provider directly to inquire prior to the tour. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: ​​There are several parking options near the meeting location:
  • Public parking lot (2 blocks away for $10 a day):1667 N Sycamore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028
  • Hollywood and Highland Mall ($3 for 2 hours with validation)
  • Behind the tour location ($25 a day): Entrance at 6820 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028
• What to wear: Feel free to dress as you wish, however comfortable shoes are recommended if you are driving the vehicle. 
• What to bring:
  • Valid government issued driver’s license (if driving) or ID (if riding)
  • Gratuity for your guide is not included and greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour
  • Major credit card
• Restrooms: You are welcome to stop for bathroom breaks on the tour if needed.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
