The Scoot Around Los Angeles Adventure Ride is a one-hour guided driving experience that puts you in control, letting you cruise through LA’s streets and scenic Griffith Park while soaking up the sights, sounds, and sunshine. With no major stops, this ride is all about the freedom of the open road, the novelty of the Scoot itself, and the thrill of seeing major landmarks like Warner Bros Studios and Disney Animation as you roll by.

Ideal for anyone short on time but big on energy, this ride includes a quick training, bottled water, helmets, and fun LA trivia from professional guides who lead the way. Each car fits two people, and you can switch drivers anytime during the experience. Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Minimum age for passengers is 6 years old. Each vehicle must include at least one eligible driver.
• Weight: Maximum 250 lbs per person; combined weight limit of 400 lbs for two people in the same vehicle
• Height: Maximum height of 6'3" when riding with a passenger
• Physical limitations: Must be able to sit and operate the vehicle comfortably; no strenuous activity required
• Experience level: No experience needed; all levels are welcome

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included (minimum age 6)
• Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour
• What’s included: Helmet, bottled water, driving orientation/training, fun LA facts, and guided ride with a professional tour leader
• Who will be present: A professional guide will be with the group at all times. Other guests may join; groups include multiple Scoots traveling together
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a reservation
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged, and guides can assist with taking pictures during stops
• Specific rules to follow:
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the Scoots
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted before or during the experience
  • All participants must follow the guide's safety and road instructions

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
• Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Parking: Free parking is available at the meeting location
• What to wear: Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended
• What to bring:
  • Valid driver’s license (required for all drivers)
  • Sunglasses, sunscreen
  • Phones and small personal items (no large bags or loose items permitted during the ride)
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restroom access is available at the meeting point or during the ride—please plan ahead

• Drivers and passengers can switch at stops throughout the tour
• Routes may change based on road conditions, traffic, or guide discretion
• This is a continuous driving experience with no interior site visits
