Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All guests must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID to enter.
• Health limitations: Guests who have had recent surgery, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns should consult their physician before visiting.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: This is not an experience for children.
• Individuals with disabilities: Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to contact the spa ahead of their visit so the team can help ensure a comfortable experience.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Self-paced.
• What's included: Access to three Roman soaking baths, the Cedarwood Sauna, Herbal Steam Room, Arctic Ice Room, and the Tea Lounge with a complimentary Qua Signature Blend iced tea or other beverage.
• Who will be present: Qua Baths & Spa is a gender separate facility, and other guests will be enjoying the spa at the same time.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a booking.
• Photo/video: Photos and videos are not permitted, as Qua Baths & Spa has a strict no electronics policy.
• Specific rules to follow: Phones and electronics must be kept in a locker, and no reentry is permitted.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to check in.
• Parking: Self parking and valet are available at Caesars Palace for an additional fee. The Augustus Valet off Flamingo Road offers the most convenient access to Qua Baths & Spa.
• What to wear:
  • Comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of
  • A swimsuit in the Roman Baths, for guests who prefer to stay covered
  • Qua Baths & Spa is a clothing optional facility
• What to bring:
  • A valid photo ID, required for entry
  • A swimsuit, if you prefer to wear one in the baths
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated between the baths, sauna and steam room
  • Complimentary beverages are also available in the Tea Lounge
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms, lockers, and changing rooms are available onsite.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for another available date. To reschedule, please contact the experience provider directly. No-shows, late arrivals or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
