• Who will be present: You will be joined by other guests on the cruise, making for a communal and festive atmosphere.
• Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take their own photos to capture the memorable evening.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise sails rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at the docks at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
• Parking: Parking downtown is limited. Allow sufficient travel time and consider using public transportation or taxi services.
• What to wear: Dress is generally smart casual. We recommend layers for evening cruises as it can get cooler on the water.
• What to bring:
  • A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
  • Cameras for photos are recommended to capture the scenic views.
• Bathrooms: There will be restrooms on the boat.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Safety Measures: In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen operational concerns, the cruise may have to stay dockside, but will continue to provide the same outstanding service.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
